How To Prepare For A Photo Shoot
These are the tips that would make a successful real estate photo shoot. We recommend for the agent to be 15 min early to make sure the property is ready for photo shoot.
Hide trashcans, lawn and garden tools.
Car is place in the garage with door close or parked away from the property.
Trim bushes or branches that are blocking the property view.
Mow the yard and clean all the debris.
If possible, hide the garden hose.
Close the windows and lower the blind all the way down.
Open the patio umbrella and remove the cover of the BBQ grill.
Clean and swipe patio, side walk and the drive way.
Remove all the flags and security signs.
Clean the swimming pool and remove all the cleaning equipment
Close and clean all the windows.
Clean all the mirrors.
Lower the blinds and keep them open.
Turn on all the lights in the house and replace all the bulbs that are not working.
Vacuum the carpet and clean the floor.
Make the house clutter free by removing all the magazines, toys, etc.
Straighten and fluff the pillows on chairs and sofas.
Close the toilet and fold all the towels.
Close the shower door or curtain.
If the windows have curtains, open them.
Straiten all the chairs for the dining table.
Remove all the clutter from exterior of the refrigerator.
Clean the dining room table, bathroom and all the counter tops.
Turn on the fire place if possible.
Turn of the ceiling fan.
Hid all the electrical cords if possible
Make sure the beds are made and clean.
